CytoTour (cytotour.com) is an interactive 3D biology site for high-school and AP Biology classrooms, operated by Easyimate (“we”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Contact: support@cytotour.com.
Using the site without an account
You can use the free chapter without an account. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
Teacher accounts

Session cookies set by Clerk keep you signed in. They are strictly necessary for accounts and are not used for tracking.
Students
Accounts are for teachers and other users aged 13 or older. Students do not need an account to use CytoTour. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf, and when required by law.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep account data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu (your profile picture → Manage account), or by emailing us. Stripe keeps payment records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to its processing. Email support@cytotour.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell account holders by email about significant changes.
